The goal of the Historic Offshore Race Boat Association, a Non-Profit organization, is to Educate the Public
about the sport's rich and colorful past. HORBA seeks also to preserve the history of the sport by helping its members find and restore many of the old race boats before they are gone forever. Inside
you will find some great old photos, videos, and stories of the people and boats connected to this exciting sport.Our members restore and display vintage offshore race boats
at show, poker run, and race venues throughout the United States so that visitors may see and appreciate these amazing machines up close. We hope you will enjoy the material presented here,
